Court’s Opinion Released Following Denial Of Daniel Holtzclaw’s Appeal

<p>After more than 30 months, the Court of Criminal Appeals of the State of Oklahoma has denied Daniel Holtzclaw’s criminal appeal. The former Oklahoma City Police officer was convicted of rape and sexual assault. Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said the opinion written in response to the appeal speaks for itself.</p><p></p>
