Man in Custody after Bomb Squad Responds to Edmond Bank Robbery

EDMOND, Oklahoma – The Edmond Bomb Squad was called to investigate a suspicious package after a robbery at an Oklahoma Fidelity Bank branch.

Mark Eugene Johnson, 52, of Texas, was arrested. He is suspected of robbing the bank near Second Street and Bryant Avenue.

The bomb squad was called to check out a package, but it turned out to be harmless.
