Police at Oklahoma State University are working a sexual battery investigation on campus. They said a man has flashed male students twice this week at the library and the suspect touched one of the victims.

OSU spokesperson Gary Schutt said police have identified and interviewed a person of interest, but no arrest has been made yet.

The two male students said a man in his 40s or 50s exposed himself to them, then touched himself in the restrooms of the Edmon Low Library.

"Well, it was pretty astounding honestly," said Dakota Biggs, an OSU sophomore. "I've really never heard of anything like that happening before."

In one of the encounters, the student said the suspect also touched him inappropriately.

"Pretty disgusting, really," said OSU senior Vance Victor. "It makes me angry, you know, we've got to protect our students. I think that's the most important thing."

OSU said both incidents happened on Wednesday between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

"I was a little concerned the fact that it came out today and not yesterday. I wish it would have come out yesterday, but it may have caused more panic," said OSU sophomore Stephen Powers.

According to the OSU police report, one case happened in the 4th floor restrooms of the library and the other happened in the restroom of a different floor.

"It did cause some concern. My girlfriend was kind of concerned about going to the library today," explained Powers.

Schutt said the library is open 24 hours a day right now for finals.

"I'm not trying to walk around the library and just get exposed all of a sudden studying for finals," said Biggs.

Schutt said the university has increased police presence at library for students' safety. Schutt said only one of the victims wants to press charges.
