Sauerkraut
2 cups canned Sauerkraut (drained)
2 pieces of Bacon diced
2 oz of White Wine
¼ Cup diced Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat skillet and cook bacon, add onion and sauerkraut cook until slightly caramelized, add white wine salt and pepper to taste.

Garlic Butter
2 pounds butter
2 ½ tbls. garlic, minced
1 tbls. parsley, dry
1 ½ tbls. Kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Mix, roll in saran wrap and freeze, and slice pieces out as needed.
