NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Mission Norman gives away food, clothing, medicine, and spiritual consolation for anyone who walks in the door. It serves up to 3,000 people a month.
But over the weekend, someone broke through the door and carried off TVs, an air conditioner, and several refrigerators.
The food pantry is still operating, and the director says he forgives those behind the break-in.
"I just feel sorry for them," says Gene Barnes, director of Mission Norman. "If they came and asked for help we would have gave them help."
Norman police lifted some fingerprints from the scene, but there have been no arrests.
