Bicyclist Critical After Being Hit By Semi In NW OKC

A bicyclist is in critical condition after being hit by a semi-truck in northwest Oklahoma City early Friday morning.

According to Oklahoma City police, at about 12:45 a.m. a bicyclist was hit by a semi-truck in the area of N.W. 23rd Street and Robinson in Oklahoma City.

The bicyclist was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Police have not released the bicyclist's identity.

At this time, Oklahoma City police say this is an unfortunate accident. No criminal charges have been filed against the semi driver.
