The Jesus house began handing out Thanksgiving dinners to low-income families on Monday.
People started lining up in the freezing cold Sunday night and when the charity opened it's doors Monday morning, more than 100 people received groceries to prepare a meal for their families.
The Jesus House provides low income households with a frozen turkey or frozen ham and all the groceries needed for side dishes, in order for them to have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
The Jesus House will continue to give out Thanksgiving groceries until Wednesday. People will need a photo ID and a piece of mail with them to claim their groceries.
