A man accused of paying someone $250 to kill his estranged, pregnant wife said Wednesday that he's innocent and someone may be setting him up.

Midwest City Police arrested 24-year-old Fabion Brown Monday, along with his girlfriend, 23-year-old Emily Matheson. Police said the two hired someone to kill 23-year-old Jessica McPherson-Brown. She was shot and killed January 11 in her Midwest City home.

Wednesday morning, police moved Fabion Brown from the Midwest City Jail to the Oklahoma County Jail. As police hauled him away in handcuffs, News9's Lisa Monahan asked, " Mr. Brown, when we talked two days ago you said you were innocent. What's going on?"

"Right now police say they have a mound of evidence to say I did it," replied Brown. "I just can't wait to see this mountain of evidence. This is not the first time Midwest City has arrested me and had to release me. Let's just see how this plays out."

Police said they have solid evidence to show Brown orchestrated the entire plan to kill his estranged wife. Court Documents obtained by News 9 show Brown and Matheson paid Brodric Glover $250 to kill his estranged wife.

In the arrest warrant for Glover, police said Matheson admitted to the murder-for- hire plot and told detectives she got a call from the alleged gunman at 3 a.m. on January 11. Glover reportedly said, "It's done."

Glover is still on the run. Police said he is a threat to the public until he is captured. Right now, the Oklahoma County Fugitive Task force is looking for him on two murder complaints; one for MchPherson-Brown, and the other for her unborn baby.

An autopsy report just released Wednesday from the State Medical Examiner's Office showed McPherson-Brown was shot twice in her left cheek. When police arrived, they found her pregnant body lying in a pool of blood. They said her two young children were near her when she was killed.

Brown said he thinks someone framed him for his estranged wife's murder.

Brown also said he loved his children, and he hoped to get them back "after this was over."
