"No question, he did think this out." Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes said.

During a phone call, Fabion goes on to say he had nothing to do with the murder of his estranged wife Jessica McPherson-Brown. Investigators say evidence proves otherwise.

Police say Fabion began planning the murder at the first of January when he paid Brodric Glover a small amount of money to kill Jessica.

"At that point, he said he was upset Jessica was taking their kids to Washington State, and they could kill her, and the deal was made."Chief Clabes said.

When we asked Fabion if he recognized the persons of interest police identified from surveillance photos as Broderick Glover and two juveniles, he told News 9 he met one of the men at club where he works as a DJ.

Police say actually Fabion rented a car and went to the club where he DJs, so he could pay Glover half of the money for the murder.

Police say Matheson then paid Glover the rest of the money at a business in Oklahoma City where cameras captured photos of the criminals. Police discovered Fabion asked about Jessica's life insurance policy at 4.a.m. the day of her murder.

Investigators say Fabion also took out a second policy of $150k for Jessica before her death. By phone, just hours before Fabion's arrest, he told News 9 he didn't know he was the sole beneficiary, but at the same time, Fabion was able to explain Jessica had a $400,000 payout for her military life insurance policy.

Chief Clabes said it appears the crime came from "greed, hatred and anger."

Police have an arrest warrant for Brodric Glover. The details of a murder-for-hire plot revealed in the arrest warrant and affidavit.

In the documents obtained by News 9, Matheson, one of two people arrested for murder, told police she paid $125 to the man who killed the pregnant mother. The document shows police found Jessica McPherson-Brown lying face down on the floor with a large amount of blood around her head. An autopsy determined she died from a gunshot to the head on January 11, 2012.

The document names Brodric Glover as the gunman. The document shows in the early morning hours of January 11, a man ran from the home and jumped into a car police determined Fabion Brown rented for the crime. Police later identified the man seen jumping in the car as Brodric Glover.

Glover is still on the run. If you know where he is call police at (405)-739-1306. Glover, Fabion Brown, and Matheson all face two counts of murder. One for Jessica and one for her unborn baby.
