Truck Driver Hospitalized After Rollover Crash Along I-40

The driver of a semi-truck is hospitalized after crashing into a concrete pillar along I-35 near Midwest City on Sunday.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-40 directly under the I-35 overpass.

Boxes of sneakers littered the highway after spilling from the semi.

The westbound lanes of I-40 directly under I-35 were shut down for several hours due to the crash.

The semi driver's condition is unknown at this time.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
