4 Injured In Shooting At Oklahoma City Party Venue; Investigation Underway

Oklahoma City Police Are searching for whoever shot four people outside a party venue early Sunday morning.

The shooting happened at about 3 a.m. Sunday on the 2700 block South Agnew Avenue, said Lt. Jeff Cooper with Oklahoma City Police.

When officers arrived, they found two men and two women in the parking lot who had been shot, Cooper said. First responders took all four to the hospital, where one of the victims was in critical condition. Cooper said it was unclear how many times the victims were shot.

A building at 2702 South Agnew Avenue was being rented out for a party, Cooper added. The four victims were at the event. But an altercation took place in the parking lot before the shooting occurred, said Cooper.

Police found multiple shell casings at the parking lot, said Cooper. But it was unclear who shot the victims or how many shooters were there.

Cooper said it did not appear that any nearby homes were hit.

Crime scene investigators were on their way to process the scene, said Cooper. Officers were expected to talk with the people who rented out the building and other potential witnesses.
