2 Arrested, 4,300 Marijuana Plants Seized In Oklahoma Black Market Drug Trafficking Investigation

Two people were arrested in connection to an ongoing black market drug trafficking investigation in Oklahoma.

McClain County Deputies said the arrests were made at a facility behind La Luna off Highway 62 in Newcastle.

Uyu Chen and Rui Ye were both arrested and booked into the Cleveland County Jail on aggravated cultivation and drug trafficking complaints, the Oklahoma Board of Narcotics said.

The OBN said they seized over 4,300 plants on the property.

In a separate case, the OBN served a search warrant for two black market marijuana grow farms in Cleveland and Hughes County.
