Man Hospitalized After Vehicle Crashes Into Building In Shawnee

A man in Shawnee was taken to the hospital after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a building Monday morning near Highway 177 and Acme Road.

Investigators in Shawnee said the driver, who has not been identified, suffered a medical event, causing his vehicle to depart the roadway.

The vehicle then drove into building, causing damage to the structure.
