19-Year-Old Arrested In Connection To Deadly SE Oklahoma City Apartment Shooting

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting that happened on Thursday at a southeast Oklahoma City apartment complex.

Oklahoma City Police said they responded to the scene of a shooting at around 8 a.m. near Southeast 44th Street and South Sunnylane Road.

When officers arrived, they found Isaac Beard, 27, who had been shot.

Beard was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving, according to police.

Investigators learned of a potential suspect, and a warrant was issued for Michael Mccaulla, 19.

Mccaulla was taken into custody at around 11 p.m. Thursday night after a traffic stop near Southeast 44th Street and South Sunnylane Road.
