Amazing Oklahomans: Community Care Coordination Team

The members of Integris Health's Community Care Coordination Team are News 9’s Amazing Oklahomans.

They give reusable water bottles and a powder packet called liquid four to homeless patients, to keep them hydrated.

When added to water, the powder is equivalent to drinking three bottles of water.
