Chickasha police conducted a welfare check on Tuesday to a home in the 200 block of W Minnesota Avenue after they received a 911 hang up call.
Officers said they could hear someone inside calling for help and forced their way into the home.
When they were inside, officers found a man and a child dead and a woman and another man injured, OSBI agents said.
Leon W. Pye, 67, and Kaeos Yates, 4, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Delci Pye, Leon Pye's wife, was taken to hospital for treatment. Her injuries are not life-threatening, agents said.
The fourth person in the home was identified as 42-year-old Lawrence Paul Anderson.
Police and agents determined he Anderson injured all of the people.
Anderson was taken to a hospital for treatment under Chickasha police's custody.
After he has been medically cleared, Anderson will be taken into custody pending formal charges from the Grady County district attorney's office, agents said.
