‘Just Between Friends’ is giving families a chance to shop for Christmas gifts while saving money at Woodland Hills Mall.
Families struggling during the pandemic can now save up to 90% on their children's presents through December in Just Between Friend's Toy and Holiday market.
With the pandemic making retail shopping tough on people's wallets, resale markets be the best option for those who don't have cash to spare.
This resale market in particular has plenty of items for the kids, and plenty of space, for the people shopping.
"This is 80,000 square feet of nothing but kids from infant all the way to maternity," says operations manager Angie Cron.
The store will have a timed entry every hour to limit capacity in order to properly social distance.
Organizers said brand new and gently used toys are currently marked at 50 to 90% off retail price. Vendors are also stationed inside for those who are looking for presents that suit all ages.
Despite all the toys already there, Crone said JBF wants people to know that people can not only still help, but also turn some of their old belongings into cash.
"You can also sell your items here so people can even bring items here and make money," Crone said.
The Market sale will be going on this weekend and the next two weekends before Christmas day. Shoppers can stop by at the old Sears location at Woodland Hills Mall from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
