Veteran Salute: Erin & Walter Delong

We're recognizing the men and women who have served our country.

On Sept. 23, we're recognizing two veterans, Erin and Walter Delong.

The Delongs are both Army veterans and met while serving in Iraq. Erin was a medic and Walter was a nurse.

Erin is now homeschooling their four boys and Walter is still working as a nurse.

The Delongs live in Claremore and are very active serving the community.

Erin and Walter are currently leading a "Celebrate Recovery group" and are involved in the foster system.
