A man accused of kidnapping a metro insurance agent and tying him to a tree in rural Canadian County was arrested out of state.

Jesse Spahr, 37, and Katelyn Bohl, 27, were arrested following a standoff outside a home Thursday in Larimer County, Colorado.

Wyoming Highway Patrol caught up with the duo responding to a physical disturbance. Bystanders called 911 to report an altercation between the two in a vehicle.
