Emergency Chocolate
- 2 cups semi sweet or bittersweet chocolate, melted
- Assorted dried fruits & nuts
- Sea salt (optional)
- Ziploc bag
Melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds stirring every 30 seconds. Return to microwave and heat in 30 second increments until melted. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully pour the chocolate into a ziplock bag and snip the end. Make half dollar sized rounds and then add nuts and fruit on top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until chocolate is hardened. Transfer the chocolate wafers to an airtight container and store either in the refrigerator or a cool dry spot.
