Criminal charges were filed against a Tulsa woman prosecutors said was drunk when she ran a red light and hit another car killing two sisters.
Christina Cantrell has been charged with two counts of first degree manslaughter, DUI and driving under suspension.

Police said Cantrell had been out drinking at a few bars before she ran a red light and slammed into 18-year-old Jesus Avina's car on August 10th.
Avina's two sisters, 12 and 16 years old, were both killed.
An eight-month-old baby and another 16-year-old girl, who were both seriously injured in the accident, are recovering.
