Police are investigating after two people were found dead in Ardmore.

Officers said they found two bodies inside a burned-out vehicle early Saturday morning.

Police have not released the names of the victims, but they are calling the deaths suspicious.

Associated Press At least three people were killed Saturday afternoon when an Amtrak train that runs between Seattle and Chicago derailed in north-central Montana, an official with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office said. Dispatcher Starr Tyler told The Associated Press that three people died in the derailment. She did not have more details. Amtrak said in a statement that there were multiple injuries.

Schools from all over the state are competing again after the canceled contest last year. 17 Bands from across Oklahoma and some from Arkansas competed in the Owasso Invitational. It's a welcome return after covid took so much away from students last year.
