Tulsa leaders will present a master plan to transform the area near the BOK Center over the next few years. It has been a year in the making, and since February of 2018 - city leaders have been evaluating and planning the best way to redevelop a 30-block area on the western edge of downtown.
The study area boundaries include the railroad tracks to the north, Boulder Avenue to the east, 11th Street to the south and then the western railroad tracks.
The area as it currently sits was built in the '60s but with things like the BOK Center bringing so many people to the city - it is time to continue to spur that kind of growth.
