EDMOND, Oklahoma -- Police are searching for a man who robbed the Bank of Oklahoma inside a Homeland grocery store at 1151 N. Bryant Ave.
Investigators said around 3:30 p.m. Friday, a man approached a teller at the Bank of Oklahoma with a small object covering his face and said he had a gun.
The suspect gathered money in a white plastic grocery sack and was last seen walking northbound on a sidewalk from the entrance of the Homeland.
Police said the robber was inside the Homeland for approximately 25 minutes prior to the robbery.
The robber was described as a white male, 50 to 65 years old, 5'9", 220 lbs., heavy set, grey hair, wearing a tan jacket, brown cloth cowboy hat, and dark pants.
No one was injured in the robbery.
Anyone with information should call the FBI at 405-290-7770. Callers can remain anonymous. A reward of up to $2000 is being offered by the Oklahoma Banker's Association.
