Robber In 'Scream' Mask Terrorizes OKC Convenience Store Clerk

The Oklahoma City Police Department has released surveillance video of a man in a Halloween mask robbing a convenience store clerk at gunpoint.

The clerk was closing up the store in northeast Oklahoma City on Friday, November 11. As he was walking out to his car just after 11 p.m., a man wearing a hooded shirt and a mask from the horror movie "Scream" walked up to him and pointed a gun at his head.

The robber forced the clerk to go back into the store and demanded cash. The clerk complied. The robber ran out with an undisclosed amount of money.

The clerk was not hurt.

Police are asking the public to take a close look at the surveillance images. Although the robber's face is covered, police hope there's something about him someone will recognize.
