Demolition Approved Of Stage Center In Downtown OKC

The Downtown Design Committee voted 3-2 Thursday morning to approve demolition of Stage Center.

Stage Center was sold over the summer for nearly $4.3 million. Developers plan to build a 14 to 16-story office building, which is expected to include a parking garage and retail space. This project is expected to cost one hundred million dollars to complete.
