Skies will become mostly cloudy Thursday night and, with a gusty north wind, temperatures will drop to just below freezing overnight.
Highs and lows become a lot colder as we head into the weekend.
A storm system spinning over southern California and Arizona will be responsible for our rain chances this weekend. Clouds ahead of it will blanket out skies on Friday. Highs will held in the low 50s. We should only drop to the low 40s Friday night.
Widespread rain showers are likely on Saturday.
Overall it looks to be a raw day with highs in the low 40s. Rain showers will end early on Sunday with temperatures staying around 40 degrees.
