Ultimate Italian Salad With Summer Fresh Dressing

1 bunch Italian parsley

10-15 large basil leaves

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

2 cloves garlic, peeled

1/4 red wine vinegar

3/4 extra virgin olive oil

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

3 heads romaine lettuce

Grape tomatoes

Cucumber, chopped

Feta cheese

Garbanzo beans, drained

To make the dressing, place the parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt/pepper, honey and mustard in a blender. Pulse till the dressing is smooth. Assemble the salad and drizzle with dressing.
