Low Country Kabobs
1 package smoked sausage, sliced in 2 inch pieces
16 small red potatoes
8 lil nibbler corn on the cob, defrosted
16 tiger shrimp
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
Wooden skewers, soaked
Preheat your grill to medium high heat. To make the kabobs skewer the ingredients in this order: Red potatoes, shrimp, corn, sausage, repeat. Brush the skewers with butter and Old Bay seasoning. Cook till shrimp is cooked through and grill marks are on the veggies. Serve!
