Oklahoma City firefighters discovered two bodies following an overnight night house fire.
Crews were called to the home at SW 40th and Broadway around 1:30 a.m. Monday. The fire chief said it was a defensive fire from the start and there were flames coming out of every window to the house. He said this is the second time in the last month that crews have battled a fire at this home.
The house was boarded up with no power, and it appeared the two victims inside were trying to shelter from the cold winter temperatures.
Fire investigators are on the scene to determine what sparked the fire.
The Oklahoma City Police Department is helping to identify the two victims at this time.
