Fighting with your spouse could be beneficial to your health, researchers say.
Bottling feelings and holding grudges can shorten a couples' life expectancy. But releasing anger in a constructive way can do just the opposite, researchers said.
Local marriage experts said an argument can have a good ending.
"We know that even in good healthy relationships there's conflict," said Alicia Hanson with the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative.
The Oklahoma Marriage Initiative teaches couples how to fight fair at their marriage workshops.
Their next free workshop is Feb. 9 at the Bricktown Event Center. More information is available on their Web site, www.okmarriage.org.
