Severe weather will be possible this afternoon through tonight along and northwest of Interstate 44. A very slow moving cold front will ignite storms this afternoon across northwest Oklahoma. Initially, storms in the aforementioned area will pose a tornado threat, before the severe weather threat transitions over to damaging straight-line winds and potentially flooding rainfall overnight; localized rainfall totals could exceed 4 inches.
Heavy rain and strong to severe storms will be likely again Monday.
