INGREDIENTS:
5 shrimp peeled & de-veined
2 tbl garlic chopped
3 tbl olive oil
3 tbl butter
¼ cup of white wine
1 oz of lemon juice
To taste salt/pepper
3 tbl parsley chopped
5 oz linguine pasta cooked/cold
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place shrimp in hot pan of olive oil. Add butter, turn shrimp.
2. Deglaze pan with wine, add lemon, salt and pepper.
3. Remove shrimp and add pasta to pan and toss in the pan.
4. Add parsley and serve pasta on plate and top with shrimp.
