OKLAHOMA CITY -- With another round of severe weather hitting the metro, residents who were severely impacted by Sunday's hail storm are worried and bracing for more damages.

The wet weather and the expected severe weather Wednesday have put a damper on repairs for local roofing companies. One local business owner, David Dirkschneider of Element Construction, said they've been getting 50 to 100 calls a day on roof repairs.

"The wet weather has definitely put a delay on our repairs, if there is a 40 percent chance of rain, our guys will have to wait until conditions improved," Dirkschneider said.

Homeowner Lenice Keim said the hail storm on Sunday caused significant roof damage to her home and she is still waiting for an adjuster to assess the damages before she can move forward with any repairs.

Keim is not alone; residents and business owners are scrambling to cover up the damages before severe weather makes its way to the metro this evening.
