OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper was injured in a motorcycle crash Wednesday morning.
Trooper David Cravens crashed his bike just before 9 a.m. along I-40 and Choctaw Road. OHP spokesman Chris West said the 44-year-old lost control of his bike on an on-ramp and slid across the roadway.
Cravens is in fair condition. He suffered scrapes and abrasions and had trouble breathing after the accident.
It is unclear what lead the trooper to lose control of his bike.
