OKLAHOMA CITY -- One group hopes to bring awareness to bullying and show support to those who have fallen victim.
Students and supporters gathered at Oklahoma City University for a candlelight vigil Wednesday night to honor teens who have killed themselves after being bullied and harassed.
"We wanted to get across is to everyone on campus and to show what a great place OCU really is and to show that everyone's still fighting even though it's hard times and there might be bullying that we still want to fight and to show that we are there for them," Michael McClain, who remembered bullying victims Wednesday night.
Numerous people in Oklahoma and across the nation dressed in purple and pink Wednesday as a symbol honoring the victims of bullying.
