WARR ACRES, Oklahoma – Police are looking for a man who robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint Thursday afternoon.
Warr Acres Police were called to the Walgreens pharmacy at 5901 N.W. 39th Expressway about 3:15 p.m. where they were told a white male told the pharmacist to give him a particular depressant drug.
When pharmacy personnel did not immediately take the man seriously, he produced a hand gun.
The pharmacist handed over a bottle of pills and the man exited the pharmacy and was last seen walking north.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5'-10" tall, weighing 190-200 lbs., wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and a ball cap with a gray and white plaid pattern.
A possible suspect vehicle could be a red Chevrolet or Tundra four-door pickup, beat up in appearance. This vehicle left the pharmacy area driving southbound on MacArthur, then eastbound on N.W. 39th Expressway.
