UPDATE: The Weatherford Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for a man who went missing Sunday morning.
Police found Timothy Hansen Tuesday. He has contacted his family and is safe. Police are not saying where Hansen was found.
WEATHERFORD, Oklahoma – The Weatherford Police Department is seeking the public's help to find a Weatherford man who has been missing since Sunday morning.
Police say 55-year-old Timothy Hansen was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. on July 24, 12 miles north of Woodward on Highway 34 in Harper County.
Hansen stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 106 pounds and has a gray long goatee. Police say he has a history of mental illness, and he is possibly hitchhiking to Wichita, Kansas area.
Police encourage anyone with information about Hansen's location to contact either their local police department or the Weatherford Police Department at (580) 772-7791.
