Former third-grade teacher Kimberly Crain appeared in a Pottawatomie County courtroom Monday afternoon, her attorneys pushing to reduce her $1 million bond. That request was denied.

The 48-year-old woman pleaded not guilty in December to lewd molestation, and manufacturing and possessing child pornography. She's accused of taking nude and half-naked photos of as many as 14 young girls while she was a teacher at McLoud Elementary School.

Detectives said Crain shared the pictures with a retired Pennsylvania professor Gary Doby, also known as "Uncle G." The 65 year old is also charged with manufacturing and possessing child pornography. He's being held in a Pennsylvania jail while authorities in Oklahoma fight to extradite him.

Crain's attorneys were hoping to get her bond reduced from the current $1 million dollars, but a judge has decided that bond will remain the same. Her next hearing is scheduled for March 6 when a judge will determine if there's enough evidence to hold her over for trial.
