OKC Man Accused Of Raping A Cancer Patient

A metro man is set to go to court for sex crimes against a cancer patient.

Right now, 31-year-old Martin Vargus is being held on a $100,000 bond.

Court documents show Vargus broke into the victim's home, raped her and forced her to perform sex acts.

He's also suspected in another rape case, but has not been charged for it.
