Donut Holes
Ingredients:
Peanut oil
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Icings:
1 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cans Grands buttermilk
paper lunch sacks
Directions:
Heat 4 inches of peanut oil in a large pot or fryer to 350 degrees.
To make donut holes is simple! Lay out the biscuits on parchment paper and cut each biscuit into fourths. Roll slightly and fry them in the oil until golden and then flip with tongs to fry the other side. Drain on a paper towel lined plate. Place holes in a paper sack and top with cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar or chocolate powder. Shake em up and eat!
Toppings:
Cinnamon sugar sprinkles: In a small bowl stir together the ground cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
Chocolate powdered: In a small bowl stir together 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Mix and set aside!
