Grilled Fish with Lemon Sauce
Ingredients:
4 fish filets (orange roughy, mahi mahi, tilapia)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbs. honey or agave nectar
kosher salt and pepper
Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Directions:
Heat your grill or grill pan till hot. Season fish with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook till done.
While fish is cooking, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper and italian parsley. Whisk together.
When the fish is done cooking remove from pan and place on a plate. Top with lemon sauce and serve with a fresh green salad or summer time Waldorf Salad.
