Justin Blackmon seemed to have trouble answering basic questions the night he was arrested for driving under the influence.
Stillwater police have released to News 9 the 45 minute surveillance video of the jail booking room, from the night Blackmon was arrested.
Blackmon was arrested earlier this month. Police say his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.
Justin Blackmon sported a Kobe Bryant jersey as walked into the Stillwater jail in the early morning hours of June 3.
From the beginning Blackmon seems to have trouble answering basic booking questions.
The booking officer asked, "married, single or divorced?"
"Um, neither," replied Blackmon. Then added "I mean I'm single."
When the officer asked "Are you employed?" Blackmon replied "No."
Police arrested Blackmon, the Jacksonville Jaguars first round draft pick and OSU star wide receiver, after officers say he was driving a white Tahoe 60 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone and on the wrong side of the road.
"Are you a beer drinker or liquor drinker if you drink?" asked the officer.
"I'm literally not a drinker," Blackmon replied.
"When is the last time you drank heavily?" asked the officer.
"Well I drank tonight, but this is the first time I've been here….in Stillwater," Blackmon said.
Later, police officers ask Blackmon if he will take a breathalyzer test. But Blackmon questioned if he will lose his license if he refuses.
"I'll take it, I'll take it I guess," said Blackmon. "That's what I'm saying."
"Do you want to take the test," another officer asked.
"I mean I don't have a choice," Blackmon said.
"No, you do have a choice," said the officer. "I can't coerce you to take the test."
"I'll take the test," Blackmon said.
Police say Blackmon's blood alcohol level was a .24 well over the legal limit of .08.
Back in the room officers uncuffed Blackmon who had trouble emptying his pockets. Still he seemed surprised with the results of the test.
"That is over two times the legal limit in Oklahoma," the officer told Blackmon. "You will be charged with aggravated DUI."
To which Blackmon replied, "how?"
Blackmon told reporters last week that he has quit drinking…for now.
