OKLAHOMA CITY -- A couple from New Mexico is desperately trying to find their missing dog after a rollover accident on Interstate 40 Christmas morning.
Tobin, a Newfoundland mix, hasn't been seen since the SUV he was in rolled several times on I-40, between Choctaw and Anderson Rd.
"I'm really worried about Tobin," says owner Jessica Garruto.
Tobin is 50lbs with black curly hair and a white chest. He also has a white paw. If you have any information, you are asked to call (505) 934-4398.
"He's one of our children," says Garruto.
Tobin was one of two dogs inside the SUV at the time of the crash.
The other, Kita, ran down I-40 after the crash and was hit by a car. She was found by a Good Samaritan who took her to the vet and eventually she was reunited with Garruto and her husband.
Kita has a broken leg and needs surgery. Garruto and her husband plan to stay in the OKC area until Tobin is found.
