Chocolate Cheesecake With Caramel Sea Salt
Ingredients:
1 Devil's Food Cake, divide
½ stick unsalted butter, melted
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 package bittersweet chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup Nutella
½ cup melted dark chocolate
Braums caramel sauce
Flaked sea salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray an 8 inch spring form pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
In a small bowl place the cake mix minus ½ cup that you set aside. Add in the melted butter, 1 egg and mix till combined. Press into the bottom of the cake pan. Using the same bowl whip together the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and 3 eggs. Beat for 2 minutes. Add in the melted bittersweet chocolate and cake mix and mix till combined. Pour into cake pan and bake for 45minutes or until it doesn't jiggle. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Topping:
Ingredients:
¼ Nutella
½ cup dark chocolate
Directions:
Pour over the top and chill. Before serving drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with salt
