Mama's Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese
1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups Havarti cheese
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 3/4 cup milk
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Place elbow macaroni in your slow cooker pot. In a medium-size stock pot over medium heat melt together the butter cheddar cheese soup cheddar cheese and Havarti salt-and-pepper and 1 cup milk. While Cheese is melting whisk together eggs with 3/4 cup milk and pour over macaroni. stir well. Add cream sauce and cook on HIGH for 2 hours!
