An Oklahoma City woman asks for News 9's help after a discovery she made while sitting in her new SUV.
Laura Ohrenberg purchased a Dodge Journey from David Stanley Dodge in Midwest City a month ago. She says last Friday, when she climbed into the front passenger seat, she saw something shiny in the lower panel.
It is a class ring from 1994. It has a large crest with the letter "C." It also has "Yellowjackets" lettering, the name "Johnny" engraved, and the initials "JLK."
David Stanley Sales Manager Jason Murphy says he is going to check into who the previous owner of the vehicle was.
Laura Ohrenbergs says it's just the right thing to do.
"It's what any good Christian would do," she said.
If you think you know who the ring belongs to, email Steve Shaw at News 9.
