1 cup butter
¼ cup flavored Crisco
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 ½ cups of flour
Cream butter, shortening and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add baking powder and salt and continue mixing. Beat in the cocoa and the add the flour slowly one cup at a time. Divide into 2 Ziplocs and refrigerate for one hour. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
