The Oklahoma City Bomb Squad has given an "all clear" after determining a suspicious device inside a parked car in Valley Brook was not dangerous.
According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, the device was not an explosive, but a phone charger that had wires sticking out of it, and baggies bound around it using duct tape. The sheriff's office says a robbery note was also found inside the car along with the fake device.
The Valley Brook Police Department called in help after spotting the device in a car on S.E. 59th Street. Police closed down the road from Eastern to Interstate 35 while they investigated.
The road has been reopened. No one was hurt.
