Our trend of colder than normal temperatures continues on this Thursday. After starting the day with wind chills near zero, those strong north winds will calm down. By the early evening hours winds will be light out of the south. Skies will be mostly sunny today, but very chilly. Temperatures will range from the 20s in the east, to the 40s in the west.

A slow warming trend is on the way through Saturday, but our next arctic blast slams into the Sooner state Saturday evening. This will bring us another slight chance of light snow, especially in northern Oklahoma. Temperatures will fall back into the 20s and 30s for highs on Sunday, and this cold blast will stick around for much of next week.
